August Paint-In - Ruth Buechel
“Lady Slipper”

Bring a surface of your choice. Original design is 5‖X4‖. Prepare your
surface and basecoat with a background color of your choice. Suggestions
are soft grey, Ceramcoat bamboo, soft green such as Ceramcoat moss green
or stone wedge. Bring angles or flats for basecoating and shading and
highlighting, dry brush and normal painting supplies. Supply fee of $5 for
design and paints, and $5 class fee = $10.00 Total.

September Paint-In - Jeanne Kenton
“Girl With Straw Hat”

This oil painting is from a Johnnie Liliedahl pattern on a 12‖X16‖ stretched
canvas. It is the head and shoulders of an Olde World girl wearing a wide
brimmed straw hat with flowers. Her hat casts a shadow on part of her face
while the sun catches the brim of her hat.

Supplies you will need are: easel (table top preferred), oil painting brushes –
sables (smaller) and bristle (larger), palette, palette knife, paper towels. This
painting is done quite simply. You will enjoy your results.

Supply fee for prepped canvas (12‖x16‖), pattern, oil paint and mediums
$18, and $5 class fee = $23.00 Total.
