A small group of women met in the summer of 1981 to explore the formation of TCDAG.
Affiliation was granted at the April, 1982 National Convention. Forty-eight members are
recognized as charter members of TCDAG.
We are an active group of artists, beginner to advanced, who enjoy decorative painting!
Mediums used range from acrylic, watercolor, oil, colored pencils and mixed media/altered
art.
Our monthly meetings usually end with a "paint-in". Each month a member teaches a class.
It's a great way to try a new medium, technique, or surface.

- Getaway. A weekend of painting, camaraderie, getting-to-know-you
- National Teacher Seminars
- Community Service Projects. Painted bereavement boxes donated to area
hospitals, painted journals for St. Joseph's Home for Children - Monthly paint-ins following every meeting.
